CSB Bancorp Elects Steve Schillig to Board of Directors

[MILLERSBURG, OHIO, Jan. 12, 2024] – CSB Bancorp, Inc. proudly announces the election of Stephen E. Schillig to the CSB Board of Directors, with his term expiring in 2025.

Schillig has been the Director of the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Kent State Tuscarawas in New Philadelphia, OH since 2008. Prior to his role at SBDC, he dedicated 25 years to the banking and finance industry, specializing in commercial lending and credit administration.

Active in Stark and Tuscarawas communities, Schillig serves on the boards of the Stark County Minority Business Association and Business Factory, Inc. He has prior board service with the Stark Development Board Finance Corporation and the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce. Schillig obtained his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Akron and his MBA from Ashland University. He resides in North Canton with his wife, Theresa, and enjoys spending time with their children and grandchildren.
